1. How does the free trial work?

You get instant access to all lessons and features. After 3 days, your annual subscription starts automatically, so you can continue learning without interruption.

2. Can I cancel whenever I want?

During the three day trial you can cancel whenever you want. 

After the trial your subscription is for one year. During that year you’ll have unlimited access to everything within Dutch-Online.

At the end of the year, you can decide whether to renew, you'll receive a reminder. 

3. Do I get full access to all lessons or only part of the course?

During the trial, and afterwards, you get full access to all the available courses, including exercises, listening practice, and the official exams (with certificates). All future courses are also included in your subscription.

4. How quickly can I earn an official certificate?

Learning time depends on your starting level, study pace, and weekly effort. Our A1 course has 28 lessons, most learners spend 2 to 3 hours per lesson including practice, which adds up to about 60 to 85 study hours.

Some complete A1 within 3 to 4 months, while others take longer depending on their schedule. You progress at your own pace.

5. Does Dutch Online work on mobile and tablet?

Yes. You can learn on your laptop, tablet, or phone, anytime, anywhere. Later this year, we’ll also launch our mobile app for iOS and Android, making it easier than ever to learn Dutch.

6. What makes Dutch Online different from an app or traditional class?

Our course combines CEFR‑based structure, interactive exercises, and real expat situations. You’ll learn practical Dutch you can immediately use at work and in daily life.

7. Does Dutch Online offer options for companies?
